Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven سيلز مبيعات Executive with proven experience in the Omani IT sector to drive revenue growth, build strong cli
ent relationships, and promote InterTech’s comprehensive portfolio of services and solutions. The candidate should possess excellent knowledge of the local market and a solid understanding of enterprise technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private sectors in Oman.
Promote and sell a wide range of IT solutions including:
IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)
Cybersecurity (SIEM, NGFW, VAPT, Endpoint Security)
Networking & Communication (VoIP, SD-WAN, Structured Cabling)
Cloud Services & Data Center Solutions
Digital Transformation (RPA, AI/ML, Data Analytics, IoT)

Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Initiate new vendor partnerships and maintain strong relations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Represent InterTech in client meetings, events, and with global technology partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3–5 years (or more) proven experience in IT sales within the Omani market.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and key industry sectors (e.g., education, finance, oil & gas, aviation, healthcare).
Experience dealing with public sector entities and enterprise clients in Oman.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills:
Existing client base or network within Oman’s government and enterprise sectors.
Familiarity with partner/vendor ecosystems (Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).
Strategic thinking and ability to craft customized solutions for clients.
Technical aptitude to understand and present solutions with the support of our technical team.
Strong commercial knowledge to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and close negotiations.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
