Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis

• Must have experience in construction Industry

• Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., SAP, ERP, or Primavera).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Knowledge of contract management, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
