Financial Analyst and Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing accounting functions across the full spectrum—Tally, tax filing, P & L reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting entries: journals, ledgers, AR/AP, bank reconciliations
• Record and manage transactions using Tally ERP or equivalent
• Prepare Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-control initiatives
• Prepare and file tax returns (e.g. UAE VAT/VAT‑related months) ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Support month‑end/quarter‑end/annual close and audit preparations
• Liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders, maintain internal controls
• Compile reports and financial dashboards for management
• Provide insight on financial performance and recommendations

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2–5 years of accounting experience—experience in UAE/GCC preferred
• Proficient in Tally ERP software
• Solid working knowledge of VAT and UAE tax regulations
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to develop budgets, P&L analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CA are desirable
