Description
We are looking for a Female Admin in Bahrain
• Process news of bereavements with team and order flowers on behalf of team to org-all distribution
• Monitor focus room throughout the day and secure it for my executives use
• Review and submit Expense reports for my executive and directors
• Meet Call with my executive and the directors weekly to review calendar possible scheduling conflicts To-Dos etc
• Print out daily calendar for my executives review
• Update employee information in MSS system for address or reporting changes as my executives delegate Job Requirements
• Degree holder
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
