We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service at one of the world's most iconic maritime heritage hotels. Job Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Hospitality Function: Front Desk / Guest Services Salary: 4000-5500 monthly (Market estimated Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full Time Step into history and deliver memorable guest experiences aboard the QE2. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out processes, managing reservations, and offering personalized service that reflects the elegance of British heritage. Key Responsibilities * Perform guest check-ins and check-outs using Opera Cloud* Welcome guests with warmth, answer calls, and handle inquiries efficiently* Manage daily guest and occupancy reports, including group arrivals* Inform guests about room availability, hotel rates, and services* Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet guest expectations* Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation information* Ensure a seamless front desk operation that enhances guest satisfaction Job Requirements * Prior experience as Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a UAE hotel* Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office tools* Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills* A passion for hospitality and delivering premium guest service
