Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all recruitment activities to attract top talent in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment policies aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement.

• Drive training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

• Maintain strong employee relations and ensure employee welfare through regular site visits and engagement activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in recruitment of both blue and white collar employees, with significant exposure to the Oil & Gas industry.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a recruitment team.

• Strong strategic mindset with expertise in developing recruitment policies.

• Male candidates preferred.

• Immediate availability is a must.
