JD:

Minimum 5 years of Experience in an IT Support role and 2 years of experience in Construction Environments.

Provide 1st & 2nd-level IT support(onsite & remote).

Manage IT infrastructure, including website, domain, email servers, NAS, IP phones, CCTV, and

printers.

Installing, Troubleshooting, and Patching the Application Software such as 3ds Max, planswift, autocad etc.

Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric systems,

TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, Access Points

Strong Knowledge in Windows (10/11)

Antivirus Management, Data Protection, Access Control.

Locally available in Qatar with a Valid QID.
