Job Vacancy: IT Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Technician to support our growing operations in Qatar. If you're tech-savvy and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and networks

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users in a timely manner

- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment

- Monitor system performance and maintain IT documentation

- Support end-users and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role

- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server support

- Knowledge in SAP is a plus

- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
