Brand Manager – Branch

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are opening a new branch of our company and are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and responsible female employee to fully manage the branch. The ideal candidate will be in charge of sales, marketing, daily operations, inventory control, and overall branch performance. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who can multitask, take initiative, and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:
• Handle all walk-in and online customer inquiries.
• Close sales and provide excellent customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with local customers and ensure satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion:
• Plan and execute in-branch marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with head office marketing for national campaigns.
• Take and post content for social media (stories, reels, highlights).
• Suggest local marketing opportunities (collaborations, influencers, events).

Inventory & Operations:
• Manage daily stock levels and update inventory records.
• Ensure the branch is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
• Communicate restock needs to the main warehouse or operations team.

Administration:
• Open and close the branch daily.
• Handle petty cash and simple administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with main office departments (HR, Finance, Logistics) when needed.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or branch coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with Instagram and WhatsApp business tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage all branch responsibilities.
• Trustworthy, energetic, and committed to growth.
