

Shift Supervisor
Description
The Shift Supervisor functions as an interface between the operations and Management and controls on-site and off-site areas, to ensure that all production activities are carried out safely, timely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
Controls shift manpower and operations in shift areas, to ensure that all production activities are carried out safely and efficiently, to meet the operational targets.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical diploma or equivalent education. Experience & sound knowledge of Mining Ore Beneficiation & crusher Plant operation & trouble shooting in continuous running plants.
Minimum Experience:
Experience in Mining Ore Beneficiation & Crusher Plant Operation & trouble shooting experience Preferably in the same type of process.

Skills:
Evaluation of shift operations, trouble shooting, systematic review and execution of
operating procedures, managing the shift operations, English language proficiency.
