Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in Ready-Mix Concrete operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site concrete pouring, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of concrete at various project sites.Supervise on-site concrete pouring activities and crewCoordinate daily operations with batching plant, logistics, and construction teamsEnsure proper placement, compaction, and curing of concreteMonitor quality and safety compliance as per project standardsMaintain site records, daily logs, and reportingTroubleshoot on-site challenges and communicate with managementEnsure timely dispatch and return of equipment and mixers Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Supervisor role within the Ready-Mix Concrete industryStrong understanding of site coordination, concrete pouring techniques, and quality controlBasic technical knowledge in Civil or Construction Engineering preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high-pressure construction environmentsFamiliarity with safety procedures and site documentation
