

Quality Specialist (Saudi Only)
Description
QPP performs duties that are commonly associated with performance & process improvement. They are
responsible for providing feedbacks regarding performance & processes. Also, analyzing procedures &
staff performance to improve productivity. Their objective is to identifying areas of improvement to
ensure the best customer experience.
• *Role responsibilities**:
- Providing coaching sessions to low performing agents to improve their performance.
- Providing suggestions to uplifting customers’ experience.
- Providing feedbacks regarding employees’ performance.
- Analyzing the workflow & identifying areas of improvement to enhance the productivity.
- Any other tasks mandated by the management.
• *Role qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English/Arabic verbal and writing skills.
- Analysis and investigation skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar role of at least 1 year.
• *Additional information**:
- Rotation shifts, and off days are applicable.
