Job Summary: The Indoor Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for prospective members, responsible for driving new membership sales and ensuring an exceptional first impression of Poseidon Swim Club. This role involves understanding customer needs, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Poseidon's programs and facilities, guiding prospects through the sales process, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for swimming and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Lead Management:
• Actively engage with walk-in prospects and handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct compelling tours of the facility, showcasing Poseidon's unique features, dedicated pools, and amenities.
• Clearly explain various membership options, swimming programs (learn-to-swim, competitive, specialized), and pricing structures.
• Identify individual and family needs, matching them with suitable Poseidon programs and membership packages.
• Effectively overcome objections and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly membership targets.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing members to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members, providing all necessary information and support.
• Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and provide excellent customer service, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collect and document customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement.
• Administrative & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and member information in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead source effectiveness, and sales volume.
• Process membership applications, payments, and other related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Poseidon's programs, schedules, coaching methodologies, and club events.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position Poseidon.
• Actively participate in promotional events, open houses, and membership drives (both on-site and potentially off-site collaborations).
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Coaching, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless member experience and effective lead generation strategies.
• Provide feedback from prospects and members to relevant departments to inform program development and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven indoor sales experience, preferably in a membership-based organization (e.g., fitness clubs, sports academies, hotels, educational institutions).
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with a diverse clientele in Kuwait.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
